This petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, is filed by accused no.2 with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.11/2022 registered by Chennapatna Rural Police Station, Ramanagara District for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 353, 332 of IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. 3. Learned HCGP has raised an objection with regard to maintainability of the petition on the ground that, the petitioner, who was earlier arrested in the present case was enlarged on regular bail. Therefore, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail cannot be maintained. 4.
