Mr.M.Murali Vinodh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the claimants have filed an appeal through Mr.K.Varadha Kamaraj, learned counsel appearing on their behalf, which is currently pending in CMA.No.3583 of 2025. He requested that both matters be heard together. 4.
