Firoz Ms. Torsa Min Bahar ….for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of the Title Suit No.720 of 2017 expeditiously. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 69 years. He further submits that the title suit is pending from the year 2017. From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that November 7, 2025 was fixed for filing of the amended plaint by the plaintiff. The learned advocate submits that the amended plaint has already filed by the petitioner. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned trial judge. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, CO 3786 of 2025 stands 2 disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 1st Court at Barasat to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No.720 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties keeping in mind that the suit is pending from the year 2017.
