The petitioner has filed the present writ application with the prayer for a direction upon the SIR Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. 2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that the only grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Appellate Tribunal is pending. 3. In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
