Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66 (D) of the Information Technology Act in connection with Cyber PS Case No. 135 of 2024 corresponding to Cyber Crime No. 15 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter relates to cyber crime. He submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that co-accused namely, Smt. Bandana Jha in B.A No. 6306 of 2024, Pradeep Maniram Pal @ Pal Pradeep Kumar Maniram in B.A No. 284 of 2025 and Dinesh Mandal @ Dinesh Mondal in B.A No. 9323 of 2025 have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.10.2024, 28.07.2025 and 14.10.2025 respectively and the petitioner is custody since 21.05.2024. As such, he submits that the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

Learned APP also opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having regard to the fact that petitioner is in custody since

21.05.2024 and the co-accused have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi in connection with Cyber PS Case No. 135 of 2024 corresponding to Cyber Crime No. 15 of 2024.

It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial Court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against the above-named petitioner, learned trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the above-named petitioner.

Accordingly, the instant bail application stand allowed.
