By this common order, two letters patent appeals, the details of which have been given in the heading, are being decided as both appeals involve the same question of law on similar facts.

The present appeals have been filed against the impugned
judgment dated 08.05.2025, passed by learned Single Judge in CWP No. 6184 of 2019 and other connected matters, titled as ‘Mukul Poonia vs. State of Haryana and Others’.

Learned counsel for the appellant(s) further submits that the issue raised in the present appeals has already been decided in LPA No. 1668 of 2025 titled as ‘Rakesh Beniwal vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 09.07.2026 and therefore, the present appeal be also disposed of in the same terms.

Learned State counsel raises no objection to the aforesaid submission, keeping in view the agreement between the parties. Accordingly, SHUBHAM 2026.08.20 16:14 I am the author of this document
the present appeals are also disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in Rakesh Beniwal’s case (supra).
