1. By way of the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities for regularizing the services of the petitioner along with all consequential service benefits on account of completion of her probation period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Gram Swasthya Sanyojak and joined her services at Sub Health Centre, Khudmuda, District Bemetara, on 24.07.2021. It is submitted that the petitioner has successfully completed the prescribed period of three years' probation on 24.07.2024 and, despite completion of the probation period, no formal order declaring completion of probation and confirming/regularizing her services has been passed by the respondents. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already submitted representations in this regard, which are still pending
consideration before Respondent No.3.
3. Learned State counsel would submit that if the representation of the petitioner is still pending before the Respondent No.3, the same would be considered and and necessary orders will be passed in accordance with law within a period of 40 days.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.
5. Having regard to the limited relief sought by the petitioner, the petition is
disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3/Chief Medical and Health Officer to consider the representation of the petitioner, if the same is still pending, and pass an appropriate and reasoned order thereon, in accordance with law, after examining the petitioner's claim
3 / 3 regarding completion of probation and consequential confirmation of services. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of 40 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
