Perused the record. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : 10.1 To issue directions to call for the entire records pertains to the case of petitioner and quash the order dated 26/07/2022. 10.2 Pass any other relief/order or direction, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstance of the case and in the interest of justice, 10.3 Cost of the petition may be granted to the petitioner. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that this petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. He submits that the financial powers of the petitioner (President, Nagar Panchayat, Mana Camp), were suspended by the impugned order. However, by virtue of the interim order dated 18.11.2022 passed by this Court, the impugned order was stayed and further, by efflux of time, the tenure of the petitioner as President, Nagar Panchayat, Mana Camp, has already expired. 4.
