1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue suitable writ (S), order (S), direction (S) by commanding the respondent authorities to provide the lands as mentioned in the order dated 23.03.2015 (Annexure P/1) with specification and identification within a time frame, say as for a period of 2 months and in alternative, if the above lands (as mentioned in the order dated 23.03.2015) is allotted/acquired then suitable compensation may kindly be paid to the petitioner within a specified period. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue suitable writ (S), order (S), direction (S) by commanding the respondent authorities to decide the representations (Annexure P-8) within time frame. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records from the respondent authorities for its kind perusal. 10.4 Any other relief, which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but is seeking a direction from this Court to the respondents, to decide the representations dated 24.11.2018 passed by the Collector and 26.11.2018 passed by the SDO (R ) and Tahsildar within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending
3 representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. His pending representation will be considered in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the concerned respondents No. 2 to 4 to consider/decide the representations of the petitioner dated 24.11.2018
and
26.11.2018
in
accordance
with law/rules/regulations and in an objective manner as expeditiously as possible within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case and the concerned Court is at liberty to pass appropriate order while considering the order passed by Full Bench of this Court in WPC No. 1571/2020, by which the entitlement of Kotwar in respect of service land has been decided. 7.
