The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jorapokhar (Bhowra) P.S. Case No. 133/2025, registered under sections 126(2)/115(2)/117(2)/109/351 (2) 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned J.M, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against all the accused persons. He next submits that the petitioner is having eight criminal antecedent out of which in four cases he has been acquitted and in another four cases, he is on bail. He further submits that chargesheet has been submitted and petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that petitioner has eight criminal antecedents. 5. Considering that there is general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons, chargesheet has been submitted and petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, ( 2026:JHHC:1770 ) 2 shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M, Dhanbad, in connection with Jorapokhar (Bhowra) P.S.
