ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a mandamus to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 10.09.2025 vide Annexure-A wherein the petitioner has requested to grant service weightage for the period from 31.03.2006 to 10.04.2010 (i.e., for a duration of 4 years) as a contract computer teacher/social science teacher). Despite submitting the representation,

the respondent No.2 has not passed any order on the representation. Hence, this writ petition.
2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 will consider the representation vide Annexure-A and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent No.2, I proceed to pass the following:
