According to the writ petitioner, the private respondent forcibly took the custody of the son of the writ petitioner from the family members of the writ petitioner sometime in April 2009. In July 2009, the private respondent assured the writ petitioner of return of her son. Thereafter, the writ petitioner filed a police complaint on September 15, 2009. Writ petitioner filed another complaint on October, 2009. 3. Due to passage of time and in view of the fact that none is present to press on the writ petition, no useful purpose will be subserved by keeping the writ petition pending. 4.
