The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 207 of 2025, registered under sections 316(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 352, 61 (2), 3 (5) of BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations are made that uncle of the informant has sold the ancestral land to another person. He further submits that petitioner happens to be witness of the sale deed and apart from that petitioner has nothing to do with the said allegation. He next submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 11 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of selling the land illegally. 5. Considering that allegations are made that uncle of the informant has sold the ancestral land to another person, the petitioner happens to be witness of the sale deed and she has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 11 of the petition, I am inclined to ( 2026:JHHC:1887 ) grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga, in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 207 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.27.01.2026 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
