Case No.5631 of 2023 corresponding to Dakshineswar Police Station Case No.138 of 2023 dated 29.06.2023, thereby alleging the commission of offences punishable under Sections 326/307/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 25(1B)(a) of the Arms Act, 1959, presently pending before the Court of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas. Mr. Shoubhik Mitter, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that though the case was committed to the Court of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Barrackpore on May 20, 2026, till date no charge has been framed. In view of the aforesaid, this application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Barrackpore to conclude the charge hearing within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties. Accordingly, C.R.R. 3407 of 2026 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
