On 06.11.2025, this Court passed the following order: “Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the bank accounts of the appellant-writ petitioner which were frozen have already been released and in view thereto the relief claimed by the petitioner become totally academic. She submits that the appeal has now rendered infructuous. Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that the arguing counsel is not present today. List this case again on 10.11.2025.” 2. Today, none appeared on behalf of the appellant to argue the matter even in the second round. 3. Counsel for the respondent submits that frozen bank account of the writ—petitioner has already been released. Therefore, in view of changed circumstances, the present appeal has become infructuous. 4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the respondents, in our considered view, this appeal has become infructuous by efflux of time. 5.
