In this Review Petition, the petitioner seeks review of the order dated 26.06.2025 passed in W.P. No. 19669 of 2024. 3. Sri. K.V. Nitish, learned counsel appearing for the Review Petitioner, submitted that the order under review requires reconsideration on the sole ground that this Court, in W.P. No. 18357 of 2021, by order dated 06.07.2026, allowed the said writ petition. He further submitted that, taking into consideration the above mentioned subsequent event, it is argued that, the order under review requires reconsideration in the present Review Petition. 4. Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent- - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010521932026 NC: 2026:KHC:44987 RP No. 437 of 2026 State, on the other hand, sought dismissal of the Review Petition. 5. In the light of the arguments advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court had disposed of W.P. No. 19669 of 2024 by order dated 26.06.2024. Taking into consideration the pendency of W.P. No. 18357 of 2021, the said writ petition came to be allowed in favour of the petitioner on 06.07.2026, which is subsequent to the order under review. 6. In view of the subsequent development, I am of the opinion that the Review Petition cannot be accepted on the ground that there is no an error apparent on the face of the record. However, taking into consideration the subsequent development, it is open for the petitioner to approach the revenue authorities seeking a survey of the land in question. - 5 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010521932026 NC: 2026:KHC:44987 RP No. 437 of 2026 7. Accordingly, reserving liberty to the petitioner to that extent, the Review Petition is disposed of. SD/- (E.S.INDIRESH) JUDGE SB List No.: 1 Sl No.: 8
