Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has surrendered on 12.05.2026. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court that the case is of the year 2022, more than four years the petitioner was evading the process of law. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting bail as the subject matter involves alleged recovery of 210 kgs of ganja. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1792 of 2026 is dismissed.
