Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General assisted by Mr. Vikas Uniyal, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR/Case Crime No.181 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 436, 452, 504 of IPC, Police Station Kotwali Manglour, District Hardwar. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused Mahboob, Bhura, Shameem, Mohd. Hasan, Saddam, Mohsin, Haseen and Intezar have already been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. The role of the applicant is also similar. 6. This fact is admitted by learned State counsel. 7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to the released on bail. 8. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant- Abdul Sami @ Shami be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
