(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.480 of 2022, under Section 370 IPC and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Police Station Kichha, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is the fourth bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1608 of 2023, was rejected on 10.01.2024. The second bail application, being BA2 No.256 of 2024, was dismissed as withdrawn on 13.02.2025. The third bail application, being BA3 No.23 of 2025, was also dismissed as withdrawn on 10.01.2026. 4. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail application deserves to be rejected. 5. The bail application is rejected.
