Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that transactions have been carried out which, on the basis of materials, supports the complicity of the present petitioner. The investigation of the case is in progress as there has been cyber fraud. 2 Having regard to the nature of the accusations; the materials appearing in the case diary and the complicity of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2776 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record.
