JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner - accused No.3 is before the Court seeking his enlargement on bail for it having been rejected by the concerned Court in Crime No.327 of 2025. 2. The offences alleged against the petitioner are the ones punishable under Sections 70(2), 351(2), 351(3), 137(2) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 4, 5(l), 5(g), 6 and 8 of POCSO Act. In light of the offences being heinous and grave, no bail was granted at the hands of the Court. 3. Learned Additional SPP would now submit that the petition had been preferred at the stage of crime and post - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20517 CRL.P No. 15089 of 2025 investigation of the prosecution, the jurisdictional police have filed the charge sheet and in light of filing of the charge sheet, which is a changed circumstance, I deem it appropriate to dispose the subject petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to knock at the appropriate forum seeking his enlargement on bail, if he so desires.
