1. Matter is taken up for consideration when accommodation is prayed for on behalf of petitioner on the ground of learned advocate and same is refused.
2. On perusal of writ petition it appears that by presenting this writ petition prayer is made for direction upon concerned police authority to disclose steps taken during course of investigation after receiving complaint from petitioner.
3. Mr. Indrajeet Dasgupta, learned Senior Standing Counsel representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 26th August, 2026 of Inspector- in-Charge, Chanchal Police Station, Malda and same is taken on record. Copy of the said communication is made over to learned advocate representing petitioner.
4. It is disclosed in the communication dated 26th August, 2026 that after investigation it was found that issue pertains to personal dispute between parties. After enquiry Non-FIR Prosecution dated 18th July, 2026 was submitted. In addition thereto learned advocate representing State respondents submits that respondent nos.6 to 8 appeared before the Executive
[2] Magistrate on 27th July, 2026 and 28th July, 2026 and furnished good behavior and peace keeping bonds before the Magistrate.
5. In view of steps taken by the concerned police authority and furnishing of bonds by private respondents before the Executive Magistrate, no further order need be passed on this writ petition.
6. Writ petition stands disposed of.
