The recovery is 1.303 kgs. of Codeine Phosphate solution. There is no possibility of the trial being taken to its logical conclusion very soon, as such petitioner be released on bail. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the petitioner has two antecedents, Jagaddal P.S. Case No.1216 of 2016 and Bhelghoria P.S. Case No.556 of 2021 which are cases under the NDPS Act. Having considered the previous antecedent of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail at a subsequent stage 2 if the trial do not proceed. Accordingly, CRM(NDPS)1747 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
