G.P. for Revenue The Court made the following: 2 BSB,J W.P.No.15634 of 2026 ORDER: The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, particularly the respondents Nos. 2 to 5, in not considering and disposing of petitioner’s application dated 03.04.2026 submitted for correction of erroneous FMB as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the said application after conducting a fresh joint survey, if necessary and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Court and pass…” 2. Sri G. Divyatheja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, is present. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition and made an endorsement to that effect withdrawing the writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed by the petitioner. No costs.
