ORAL ORDER The petitioners filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to release the salary, arrears and annual increments dues from 4.04.2019 to 31.08.2022 as per the order of respondent No.2 dated 21.08.2024 vide Annexure - T and also sought for direction for the respondents by way of mandamus directing the respondents to release the entire salary amount from 04.04.2019 to 31.08.2022 and grant all the consequential benefits, with interest at the rate of 8% p.a. till the date of realisation.
2. Petitioners are seeking relief against the private parties who does not fall within the ambit of “State” as defined under the Article 12 of the Constitution of India. Hence, the writ petition filed against the private respondents is not maintainable.

11. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following:-
ORDER The writ petition is dismissed. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners agitate their grievance before the appropriate forum. Registry is
directed to return original/certified copies of the documents annexed to the writ petition after retaining the photo copy of the same.
