The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 17.12.2024 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Mr. S.J. Mohamed Sathik, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the fourth respondent. 4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 5. No prejudice will be caused to the fourth respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 15588 of 2026 objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom the fourth respondent deems it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom the fourth respondent deems it fit to enquire. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the fourth respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
