JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, orders, directions directing the respondents to pay the petitioner arrears of salary from 02.04.2017 to 30.07.2022, as per the terms and conditions at Sl.No.2 of the appointment order dated 12.06.2014, Annexure-B in lieu of the order dated 19.07.2023 passed in W.P.No.52470/2019, Annexure-E; b) Any other reliefs as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court under the given circumstances.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 5 and perused the material on record. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20690 WP No. 11784 of 2026 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her claim has not been considered so far by the respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 5 submit that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her claim in accordance with law, bearing in mind the decisions of a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court, Division Bench of this Court and Apex Court in the cases of Lakshmi Venkata Giri H.D. and others Vs. State of Karnataka and others – W.P.No.52470/2019 dated 19.07.2023, The Chief Secretary and others Vs. Lakshmi Venkata Giri H.D. and others – W.A.No.746/2024 dated 20.11.2025 and the Chief Secretary and others Vs.
