In this matter, the Corpus was sent to Nari Sarankshan Kendra. She has been brought before this Court because as on date, she attained the majority. The person with whom she was in relationship is also present before this Court. Upon inquiry, the Corpus expressed her desire that, she may be permitted to accompany and live with the private respondent – Vipul Nanubhai. 2. The counsel for the petitioner – father fairly stated that despite of genuine efforts, the corpus is not ready to give up the relationship with the respondent. 3. In such circumstances, having regard to the facts of the case, the police authority is directed to set free the corpus and she has been R/SCR.A/1338/2026(GJHC240068042026) ORDER DATED: 18/09/2026 permitted to accompany the respondent no. 4 – Vipul.
