Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been change of circumstances as some of the accused persons have been granted bail by the learned Sessions Judge, as such, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the present is the second application for anticipatory bail. Having considered the fact that the events pointed out by the petitioner do not make out a case for fresh application of mind in view of the earlier observations made in CRM (A) 3340 of 2025, I am not inclined to grant the prayer sought for. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2754 of 2026 is dismissed.
