In Re : An Application for bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 filed in connection with Kaliachak Police Station Case No. 2010 of 2025 dated 06.12.2025 under Sections 21(c)/25/27A/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

In Re : Sariul Sk ... Petitioner.
Md. Wasim Akram, Ms. Sabrina Parveen
... For the Petitioner.
Mr. Subrata Mukherjee
... For the State.
Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated on the basis of statement of co-accused and there has been no recovery from the present petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail as there was recovery of 1211 grams of Brown Sugar in the present case. State has submitted a report which reflects that there are two cases against the present petitioner being Kaliachak P.S. Case No. 2009 of 2025 and Samsherganj P.S. Case No. 246 of 2020. Having considered the conduct of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record.
2 Pursuant to the earlier direction, the Investigating Officer of the case is present in Court. His further appearance before this Court is dispensed with. The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1641 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
