This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking anticipatory bail with regard to possible complaint in Panbazar PS. However, the petitioners do not have the details. Accordingly, a report was called for and report dated 7/4/2026 is received and placed before the Court which mentions that upon verification, it was found that no FIR or case has been found against the three petitioners herein. In view of the same, the bail application would not be maintainable at this stage. However, if in the future there are any circumstances giving right to bona fide apprehension, the petitioners would always be at liberty to invoke the remedies provided by law.
