1. The petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for release of amount of Rs. 18,50,669/-. As per the case of the petitioner, the respondent authorities have issued work order to the petitioner and as per the work order, the petitioner has executed the work and after execution of the work, the petitioner has submitted the bills out of total amount of Rs. 44,83,515/-, Rs. 18,50,669/- has not been paid. Accordingly, the petitioner has made representation to the authorities but the authorities failed to release the said amount.
2. The respondent authorities have filed the report wherein it reveals that the authorities have admitted that out of total amount of Rs. 44,83,515/- an amount of Rs. 18,50,669/- is due and payable to the petitioner.
3. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties.

5. This Court finds that the respondent authorities have admitted the amount of Rs. 18,50,669/- is due and payable to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the respondent no. 8 is directed to sanction the said amount of Rs. 18,50,669/- within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order and when the amount is sanctioned, the respondent no. 11 is directed to release the said amount in favour of the petitioner.
7. WPA 20493 of 2025 is disposed of.
8. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
