Heard Mr. Nikil Pathak, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Case No. 1522 of 2024 (State Vs. Mohd. Shamshad and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 53 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504 & 506 of I.P.C., Police Station Link Road, District Ghaziabad, pending in the court of learned Additional Civil Judge Senior Division-7th, Ghaziabad within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the present case is pending since 2024 and the same has not culminated to its logical conclusion. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Learned trial court is also directed to frame charges against the accused persons without making any uncessary delay and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment. 6.
