At the time of call no one appears for the petitioner, respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6. 2. However, State respondents are represented by Mr. Suryaneel Das, learned Additional Government Pleader who files a communication dated 25th August, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Domjur Police Station and same is taken on record. 3. It is disclosed in the communication dated 25th August, 2026 that in spite of attempt made by the police authority to take the petitioner to her own residence, petitioner expressed her unwillingness to go to her residence. 4. Since it appears from the said communication dated 25th August, 2026 that at present petitioner is not willing to stay at her residence no further order need be passed on this writ petition and writ petition is disposed of. 5. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law 2 by approaching jurisdictional authority under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
