Sum allegedly linked with cyber fraud lying in account of petitioner has been marked as lien. 3) Learned advocate representing State respondents on instruction submits that investigation is still continuing. 4) State Bank of India is represented by learned advocate. 2 5) In view of continuation of investigation, prayer of petitioner for removal of lien from bank account of petitioner is not countenanced and same is refused. 6) However, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach appropriate forum/ authority in pursuit of remedy after completion of investigation and taking note of report which is to be filed by investigating authority before court below. 7) Writ petition stands disposed of. 8) Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
