3. Present is an application for extension of time to supply a copy of the Minutes of the Meeting dated 01.06.2026 to the respondent in compliance with the order dated 17.07.2026 passed in ARBR No. 1 of
2026.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that though on 17.07.2026, the present applicant, who was the respondent, made a submission that he would furnish the copy of the Minutes of the Meeting dated 01.06.2026 to the applicant (present respondent) within two weeks from the date of passing of the order, however, due to the departmental process, vetting and scrutiny by the committee members of various sections, the applicant has not been able to comply with the same within the stipulated time and he prayed for a further 30 days' time to supply the copy of the same to the respondent.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that though they have an objection to granting time to the applicant for supplying a copy of the Minutes of the Meeting dated 01.06.2026, however, considering the nature of the dispute, two weeks' time may be granted to the applicants to comply with the order dated
17.07.2026.
6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the order passed by this Court on 17.07.2026.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, considering the nature of the dispute and the fact that the applicant is only required to supply a copy of the Minutes of the Meeting dated 01.06.2026 to the respondent, as has been directed by this Court on 17.07.2026 in ARBR No. 1 of 2026, and two months' time has already lapsed, in the interest of justice, 15 days' more time is granted to the
3 applicants to comply with the order dated 17.07.2026 passed by this Court in ARBR No. 1 of 2026.
8. Accordingly, the applicants are directed to furnish a copy of the Minutes of the Meeting dated 01.06.2026 to the respondent within 15 days from today.
