Learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that in view of the judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in the case of Union Territory of J&K and others v. Saba Wani, decided on 30.04.2026, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. 2. No one has been appearing on behalf of the petitioner for quite some time.
