At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that there is no apprehension to the petitioner and he has not been named in the FIR. She further submits that the petitioner has also received notice under Section 35(3) of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 3. In view of that, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty if any apprehension will arise in future, the petitioners will file a fresh anticipatory bail application. 4.
