The writ petition is accordingly disposed of that if a fresh representation is filed by petitioner within a period of three weeks from today, the same will be considered by concerned respondent in accordance with law and if there is no legal impediment claim of petitioner so far payment of GPF amount is concerned, be settled within three weeks thereafter. So far as other prayer, i.e., interest is concerned, it is upto the respondents to consider it.
