Heard Ms. Swati Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Sri Basudev, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Saurabh, learned Standing Counsel for State- Respondents. 2. The Court finds that this writ petition can be disposed of on basis of averments made in it so far as prayer of payment of GPF amount is concerned. 3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of that if a fresh representation is filed by petitioner within a period of three weeks from today, the same will be considered by concerned respondent in accordance with law and if there is no legal impediment claim of petitioner so far payment of GPF amount is concerned, be settled within three weeks thereafter. So far as other prayer, i.e., interest is concerned, it is upto the respondents to consider it.
