Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that they being majors have solemnized marriage with their own consent in accordance with law. However, the private respondents are not accepting the marriage of the petitioners and are extending threats to them. The copies of 'Aadhaar' card and Voter Card (Annexures P-1 and P-2) of petitioners No.1 and 2 have been placed on record. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Without commenting upon the validity of the marriage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 10.08.2026 (Annexure P-5) and take requisite action, if so warranted, as per the facts and circumstances of the matter in accordance with law.
