Sri R. Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that, the charge sheet has already been filed in the case and cognizance has been taken by the learned Magistrate and as such, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant criminal petition with a liberty to work out the legal remedies available to the petitioners. 3. Accordingly, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their legal remedies, in accordance with law.
