Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Session Case No. 646 of 2025 (State Vs. Ritesh Yadav and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0229 of 2021, under Section 307 I.P.C., Police Station-Chiraiyakot, District-Mau pending before learned Session Judge, Mau. 3. It is apprised by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant was selected in an examination conducted by Indian Army but could not join due to adverse police verification report due to the pending criminal cases. It is also apprised that the applicant was selected on the post of clerk in Chandigarh High Court also but again in police verification, the report was adverse so he could not join the same. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice. 5. Keeping in view the period of pendency of the case, it is directed that the learned trial court shall make all endeavour to decide this case expeditiously preferably within a period of six Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Kiran Yadav, Sanjay Kumar Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
