Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been implicated in connection with the instant case because they were waiting in the tea stall where the incident took place. State has produced the case diary and drawn the attention of the Court to the statement of the witnesses along with digital evidence which has been collected till date by the investigating officer pursuant to which one of the accused person being arrested. Having regard to the fact that the present is a case relating for demand of ransom, I am not inclined to extend the 2 benefit of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM(A) 2769 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
