Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the prosecution case allegedly is that, from the joint possession of the petitioner and another 1039 bottles of Onerex Cough Syrup was recovered.
Petitioner was arrested on 24.11.2025. Charge sheet has been submitted but till date witness action has not commenced.
State opposes the prayer for bail in view of the huge quantity of seizure in the present case.

I have taken into account the quantum of seizure and is of the opinion that the rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted.
Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the evidence of the seizure list witnesses are over.
Learned Trial Court is directed to give priority so far as the recording of evidence of the independent seizure list witnesses are concerned.
At this stage, CRM (NDPS) 1795 of 2026 is dismissed.
Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record.
