The petitioner, in this Writ Petition, has prayed for the following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ/order/direction, thereby directing the respondent authorities to PRIYANKA VERMA Digitally signed by PRIYANKA VERMA Date: 2026.09.22 12:05:09 +0530 2 release/disburse the admissible outstanding amount of Rs. 7,43,920/- (Rupees Sevens Lakhs Fourty- Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty only) along with interest for delayed payment payable to the petitioner towards the work duly executed by him, after due verification of the departmental records and bills; 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ/order/direction, thereby directing the Respondent No.2 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2026 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a time-bound period; 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper shall be awarded in favor of the petitioner, including the cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has worked for the authorities as per their instructions and that the work undertaken by the petitioner is required to be paid for. He further submits that the amount is undisputed and that the petitioner has already filed a representation in this regard. Therefore, he seeks a limited prayer that the concerned authority may be directed to consider and decide the representation in accordance with law. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made by the petitioner. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, without entering into the merits of the case, the concerned authorities are directed to consider and 3 decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
