ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 04.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22516 of 2022.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that pending the contempt case, the respondents paid the entire demanded amount and excess amount of Rs.1,63,000/- in the form of interest. To that effect written instructions dated 29.06.2026 are also furnished. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the same.
5. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
