This is an application by the applicant-petitioner seeking modification of this Court’s judgment and order dated 20.05.2026 in WPA 10603 of 2020. 2. Mr. Biswas, learned advocate appearing for the applicant-petitioner submitted that due to delayed return of consideration money by the bank in terms of the Court’s order as above, applicant-petitioner would have been entitled for interest over the said amount. 3. On perusal of the order of the Court as above, I find no further scope to go into the same as this Court has become functus officio as regards the judgment and order dated 20.05.2026 in WPA 10603 of 2020. 4. In that view of the matter, I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2026 by the applicant-petitioner is found not maintainable and hence the same is disposed of as such. 2 5.
