ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs:
“a. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, directing the Respondents to grant proportionate service weightage to the Petitioners for the academic years they have rendered service, including the periods from August 2007 to April 2008 and August 2009 to April 2010, in accordance with the applicable recruitment rules and the orders of this Hon'ble Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India (ANNEXURE-F, G, H & JJ. b. Direct the Respondents to include the Petitioners' names in the final selection lists and issue appointment orders for the posts for which they have qualified, along with all consequential benefits including seniority, pay scale, promotion, and other service-related benefits and consider the representations dated: 01-04-2026, 23-02- 2026, 16-04-2025, 02-03-2026, and 26-03-2026 which is produced as ANNEXURE-K,K1 to K4 respectively.

C. Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated 01.04.2026, 23.02.2026, 16.04.2025, 02.03.2026 and 26.03.2026 at Annexures-K, and K1 to K4 submitted to the respondents have not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition.
4. Per contra, learned AGA for respondent No.1 and
learned counsel for respondent No.2 submit that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representations

dated 01.04.2026, 23.02.2026, 16.04.2025, 02.03.2026 and 26.03.2026 at Annexures-K, and K1 to K4 and pass appropriate
order in accordance with law, bearing in mind Annexures-F, G, H and J, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands
disposed of.
