Whether approved for reporting?1 ____________________________________________________ _ For the Decree Holder: Mr. Mehar Chand Thakur, Advocate. For the Judgment Debtors: Proceeded ex parte. Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When the case was listed on 31.03.2026, the following order was passed:- “As per the order passed by learned Additional Registrar (Judicial), in terms of the communication dated 05.03.2026 received from Deputy Commissioner Solan, H.P., there is no property in the name of the judgment debtor, whereas, in the earlier report, it stood mentioned that no one had come forward to participate in the auction. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the execution petition be taken up after two weeks so that he can have instructions in the matter. As prayed for, list on 21.04.2026.” Thereafter, when the case was listed on 21.04.2026, the following order was passed:- “Today, when the case was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some more time to have 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:13429 instructions in the matter. This Court is of the considered view that, as the execution petition is hanging fire since the year 2010, no such indulgence can be granted to the petitioner. The execution petition cannot be kept pending for years together. However, on the insistence of Mr. Mehar Chand Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner, the case is ordered to be taken up on 24.04.2026. In case the execution petitioner is able to do the needful by the said date, then, further order shall be passed.” 2. Today, again a request has been made by the learned Counsel for grant of time, which this Court refuses on the ground that the execution petition is of the year 2010 and the same cannot continued to be on the docket when the execution petitioner is not serious to have the same executed. 3.
