Applicant has filed this application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) for grant of anticipatory bail as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.1059 of 2026 registered at Police Outpost- Smriti Nagar, Police Station- Supela, District-Durg (CG) for offence punishable under Section 318 (4) of BNS. 2. After arguing for some, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. He however submits that in the event the applicant surrenders Digitally signed by PRAVEEN KUMAR SINHA Date: 2026.09.22 11:02:30 +0530 -2- himself before the concerned Court and files an application for grant of regular bail, a direction may be issued to concerned Court to consider and decide the regular bail application of the applicant on the same day. 3. Considering submission of learned counsel for the applicant, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. If the applicant surrenders himself and files regular bail application before the concerned Court, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, if possible on the same day.
